A Sound Journey with Stephanie Bor - Sound Harmony
Come together, find peace and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind for a while: on this special crystal sound journey, participants will enjoy a soothing break in a small, intimate group of no more than four people. A short guided meditation gently ushers you into a state of calm. Afterwards, the harmonious sounds of the crystal singing bowls invite you to let go and fully immerse yourself in the moment. To round off the session, the sounds can linger a little longer whilst you enjoy tea and freshly made sandwiches.
